Wednesdays
"Mindful Yoga"
Gentle Yoga Flow
8.45-9.30am
Nue Ground, Clapham
We will come together each week to flow through a vinyasa flow style class, aiming to synchronise our breath and movement to build strength, endurance and flexibility in our body and mind. Taking a time to pause at the opening and closing of our class in meditation.
"Go Flow"
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
5.30-6.20pm
Goji, Clapham Old Town
This is a fluid yoga class where your focus will be on moving between positions in time with your breathing. I will always offering modifications and variations throughout class to cater for more and less experienced yogis. You’ll leave feeling energised and revived.
"Go Stretch"
Gentle Yoga Flow
6.30-7.20pm
Goji, Clapham Old Town
If you’re keen to improve your flexibility and mobility, this is the class for you. (The same goes for anybody who’s recovering from an injury.) A yoga flow class, with a focus on functional movement and mindful placement of the body.
Fridays
"Slow Flow"
Gentle Yoga Flow
9.15-10.15am
Cake & Yoga Club, Earlsfield
Whether you've let your hair down on Thursday night work drinks or you're nourishing your soul before the weekend, join me on the mat to finish your week with a gorgeous slow, juicy flow that will leave you feeling ready for your weekend.
