Tackling the ever evolving challenge of finding balance when it comes to  wellness from  this holistic standpoint enables people to build self awareness and mindfulness into their everyday as well as empower teams to think and act for themselves confidently. 

During guided meditation sessions I offer a variety of calming and inspiring meditations to boost mood, motivation, productivity and pride for the team.

I always keep the meditations accessible and guide people through the experience so that a season meditator or total newbie can benefit from the experience alike.

Guided Meditations

I have developed a number of workshops from different coaching models and tools that blend together group learning and personal development. These workshops enable the team to learn about different methods and practises that will increase their overall wellbeing and self awareness. They aim to educate as well as facilitate practical tools and activities for teams to work through individually and together.

Wellness Workshops

1-1 Coaching

Whatever challenge or milestone or problem your employee is facing, giving them access to an impartial, objective coach will not only help them navigate their own  situation, but it will also boost morale in the workplace because of your show of commitment to their wellbeing, in and outside of work.

I use challenging and open questioning in a supportive & confidential environment, which ensures your employees develop personally and professionally as well as helping them create practical action plans to achieve their goals.

How we can partner

I partner with organisations for a minimum term of 1 year, working on a retained basis - creating completely bespoke programs of work for each client. 

The reason I work with people for a minimum term is so that we are able to truly partner. Fostering an authentic and meaningful relationship that will result in creating lasting change within their Organisation rather than a quick fix or kind of well-washing

We will work together to create an offering that will promote sustainable behaviour change throughout the organisation using a combination of my 4 modalities.

Yoga Classes 

In each yoga class I teach I always offer modifactions and variations to suit the style of the class and level of the students.

I aim to create pockets of calm and creativity in your team's week to promote reflection and relaxation as well as building strength and flexibility.

We wanted to create a fun, interactive and engaging program of events for the team at Doctify.

Partnering with Balance with Becca was seamless. Becca worked with us, listening to exactly what we wanted to achieve and suggested relevant and meaningful topics for the the meditations, wellness workshops and yoga classes.

The coaching sessions were super useful on a team level, running with a clarity and flow. These were incredibly valuable and spot on in terms of the brief we’d given Becca. She also wrote meditations that were accessible, even to those who weren’t natural meditators and we received really positive feedback that her tone was incredibly calming.

The yoga classes were also enjoyed by all, with mention of her style and pace of the class being excellent.

We really enjoyed working with Becca and look forward to

partnering with her again in the future.
